Response: Make sure you end your web test's URL with "webtest.asp"

Error: I type in the URL of the web test, but receive an HTTP 404 (File Not Found) error.

Response: You are trying to access a file that does not exist. Make sure you end your web test's URL with "webtest.asp" You may be missing the Internet Guest Account and/or have incorrect permissions set. You are highly encouraged to refer to Appendix H: Online Web Setup on setting up file sharing and permissions on your web testing server.

Error: I type in the URL of the web test, but receive an Invalid Access page that says:

"This page has been accessed incorrectly."

Response: Make sure you have "http:" entered before the URL.

Error: I type in the URL of the web test, but receive an Invalid Access error.

Response: You may be trying to directly access an intermediate .ASP file in the logon process. Make sure you access the web test via "webtest.asp" only; this file will point to other .ASP files needed in the logon process.

Error: I type in the URL of the web test, ending with "webtest.asp", but receive a catastrophic error.

Response: Check the security settings for the LXRWeb folder installed in your \\Inetpub\wwwroot folder on your server. You may be missing the Internet Guest Account and/or have incorrect permissions set. You are highly encouraged to refer to Appendix H: Online Web Setup on setting up file sharing and permissions on your web testing server.

Error: I exit out of a web test and attempt to open another one and get the message: This page has been accessed incorrectly.

Response: Exiting out of a web test using the X button rather than the appropriate navigation buttons, such as Cancel, etc. can cause this. Simply re-access the web test and it should access just fine the 2nd time.
