How Do I?

Updating from LXR FTP Site

Procedure:

Open a browser and go to: ftp://ftp.lxr.com/public/software/Released/. You will see a number of files. Do the following to download the LXRTEST software:
Click on LXRTEST6MaintSetup.exe and select to save to your local machine
The path you should download it to is C:\Program Files\LXR\LXRTEST v6 (or wherever on the computer LXRTEST is currently installed)
If there is already a file by that name there, overwrite it with the new one
Once you have downloaded the file, in Explorer go to the C:\Program Files\LXR\LXRTEST v6 folder and click on LXRTEST6MaintSetup.exe, and follow any instructions to install it.
When you launch LXRTEST and you’ll be using the new version.
If you administer online LAN or Web tests you’ll also need to download the Student and Web Server files from the ftp site just as you did with the LXRTEST program.
